The first question any client would ask you is my site rankings for various keywords and how much traffic they’re receiving. Although, Rank Tracker helps you to view their rankings on Google as well as Bing.
To get started with Rank Tracker, move the cursor to the left-side menu, click on SEO, and select Rankings.
Then, you’ve to add the keywords that you want to track. You can use keyword suggestions from SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and GA Paid Search.
Once you add the keywords, click on Continue. Then, you’ve to add a location where you want to track your keywords.
If you want to add more than one location, you’ll have to subscribe to the Agency plan.
The next step is to add tags to your keywords. Adding tags will help you to categorize your keywords efficiently. However, you can skip this step and move ahead with “Add Keywords.”
Now, you’ll be represented with a graph that identifies the trends in ranking gains or losses, like this:
You can compare your keyword rankings data with previous data, applying a custom period or a year.
If you scroll down, you’ll see a list of your keywords and their monthly search volume.
You can determine which metrics should be displayed in the chart. Click on “Setting slider” and checkbox the metrics that you’d like to show.
AgencyAnalytics tracks local and global rank for the top 100 search results. The keywords rankings are updated daily so you can share the up-to-date data with your clients.
To make an effective SEO or any digital marketing strategy, the first thing you need to focus on is your website’s health.
I suggest you integrate SEMrush, it allows you to check your website health and also recommends you how to fix the identified issues. You can even optimize the website security and enhance the site speed.
To get started with Site Auditor, click on SEO, and select Site Auditor.
AgencyAnalytics will crawl your website within a couple of minutes (depending on the size of the site), and display a summary of the audit.
If you scroll down, you can see the warnings and errors within your page. It shows various on-page technical issues, including missing canonical links, long title, broken images, duplicate content, server errors, and many more.
Additionally, you can hide issues that are not relevant. Once you hide the issue, it will be automatically removed from the site audit scores.
The Site Audit tool allows you to ignore issues in four different ways for precise reporting.
- Ignore an entire page

Now, move to the Pages tab to see the pages by score, depth, and status codes.
Further, if you scroll down a bit in the Pages tab, you can view particular pages with their score and depth. You can also determine which metrics should be displayed in the below chart.
You can automate site auditing on a weekly or monthly basis to detect serious SEO issues.
When you have a high number of quality backlinks, the possibility of getting high organic traffic increases, therefore, it’s necessary to track your site’s backlinks and find link building opportunities.
AgencyAnalytics pulls data from Majestic so you can get a detailed backlink profile for every website. You can monitor your progress by tracking new and lost backlinks over time.
To get started with Backlink Monitor, click on SEO, and select Majestic.
The summary will give you an overview of your site’s backlink data, including the number of Backlinks, Referring Domains, Trust Flow, Citation Flow, Follow Links, and Text Links.
You can get deeper insights on links, referring domains, anchors, new and lost backlinks by moving to their respective tabs.
I found new and lost backlinks data as the most useful for my clients’ sites.
Navigate to the New Links tab, and you’ll see the list of backlinks added recently. You can reach out to their site owners or authors to build relationships.
On the other hand, when you go to the Lost Links tab, you’ll see a list of backlinks removed recently. You can see the reason behind the lost backlinks.
However, you can reach out to site owners, so you come to know what’s the reason behind the link disappearing.
I don’t like that you can not filter the data based on trust flow and citation flow.
Unlike other reporting tools, AgencyAnalytics lets you create and send unlimited reports. While sending a report, you can add 20 different executives in CC.
To get started with Reporting, click on the Reports from the left-bar menu and then click on Create Report.
Firstly, you’ve to choose a source for your reports. Here, you get three options as follows:
- A blank report
- A predefined template
- Copy an existing report from another campaign
If you’re creating reports for the first time, I would suggest going with their premade templates.
After that, you need to select one of the pre-configured report templates. They offer various templates, including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Link Building, and Marketing Tools Report Template.
Secondly, you need to provide a title for your report.
Once you click on “Continue,” AgencyAnalytics will create your report.
From the left-side menu, you can jump to any section of your report to see the results. Here, you can monitor your PPC and Social Media analytics.
The template will differ for every report you chose in the first step (pre-configured report templates).
The feature of making fully-customizable reports lets AgencyAnalytics as the best reporting tool in the market. For example, you can include one of your SEO sections in a PPC report, although it depends on your client’s requirements.

You can add other sections that are not included in the report template by default. Click on “Add Sections.”

Now, you can navigate back to the Reports tab from the left-side menu and view all the reports you’ve created.
